The Healing Wand  is used for focus on an intent and what is often described as suble energy to bring about change in oneself, in others and ones environment.  Wands can be used for energy healing, ceremony or during meditation.  There is no limit to the use of a healing wand! 

Each wand has been handpicked, carved and designed intuitively by Ruth-Ellen.   Most of the wands have been created from the dead fall of the Honey Suckle tree of Alberta.  Precious stones have been added to enhance the beauty and strength of the each wand.   

Talking Sticks  have been created and use by Native American people for many years.  Traditionally the talking stick has been used to help keep order when people would gather together in large groups.  It's understood  that whoever is holding the talking stick is to have the undivided attention of everyone and is not to be interrupted.  Everyone gets their turn holding the talking stick, thus creating a safe and harmonious place to express ones thoughts.

Today the Talking Sticks is used world wide in all cultures as an educational tool to keep order and respect for whomever is speaking.  You will find the sticks in schools, businesses, private homes, daycares etc.  The communication possiblities are endless!  Talking Sticks make a great gift, so pass one along!

Diamond Willow Walking Sticks  Around the world people have been carving walking sticks by hand for hundreds of years, handing down the tradition from one generation to the next.  Adding the spice of carved Wood Spirits  enhances the sticks.  Although the Spirits have long been quieted, the charming tradition of the Wood Spirit Stick lives on.  I have carved wood spirits on some of my walking sticks and  some I have allowed the nice variety of the detailed Diamond Willow to shine through.  The sticks have precious stones added for beauty and strength.  Each stick has a rubber tip added for safety. 

As well as the walking stick I have designed the Walking Staff.  Made of Diamond Willow each staff has been handpicked, carved and designed by Ruth-Ellen.  Large sphere Jasper stones have been added to the top of the Staff for beauty and healing energy.

Rune Nordic Sets of 24  each set of Runes are made of either polished natural stone with gold symbols or wood with painted on symbols.  Each set comes with a hand sewn bag and instructions.  I am working on making a few sets of runes from Antler sheddings. 

The rune symbols are symbolic representations of the forces and events that impact our lives. They are used as tools to bring to consciousness the things relevant to us at a given time. During the last millennium, traditional Viking, or Nordic, runes were based upon a connection with their gods and upon the sound of the alphabetic letter character to invoke the spirit and the deity to help and to guide them.

People using the runes for divination or ritual will always have their own unique interpretation of the symbols in the context of the reading or situation. Spirit speaks through the symbols giving us direction in which to divine and see patterns.

Wooden Pendants   carved from the deadfall of the Tamarack tree or the Honey Suckle tree of Alberta.  These pendants vary from totem animals  to Rune symbols such as protection, prosperity and fertility.  It is believed that by picking the appropriate pendant the bearer could harness the power that pendant represented.
